Timna Park is one of the most precious pieces of desert landscape in Israel. Having been used to mine copper in ancient times, some evidence can still be seen, as well as the green tone of the rocks in several places. But the most impressive parts of the park are the different forms of desert it hosts on such a small area - from rock formations to sand dunes, and an impressive desert vegetation.
