Inhaca. A small, beautiful island, about 30Km opposite Maputo's shore. It's pristine water and beautiful, untouched beaches stand in complete contrast with Maputo. The island life are simple. Kids sometimes walk up to 8 Km to school. The buildings, if that's how they're to be called, are simple, and if a storm is fierce enough - it will probably blow of some of the roofs... However - the part of this island I found most attractive was the beach. Walking along it for several hours does have its rewards.
