King of the Ramon Crater
A male ibex tours the cliff-edge of the Ramon Crater, while autumn mist glides over the cliffs at the background. The cliff edge is the habitat of the male ibex and its herd.
That autumn morning, I was photographing the mist flowing over the cliff edge - a rare sight in its own right... I was focused on capturing the scene, just as the ibex crossed in front of me. Suddenly realizing the magical moment that was going to follow, I quickly followed the ibex - until it stopped just at the cliff edge. This beautiful moment lasted only several seconds.
