That edge - probably one of the most beautiful places along the cliff - is located just near the visitor's center in Mitzpe Ramon.
Personally, this scene reminded me of Disney's Lion King. If a lion (Mufasa maybe?) came by, and went sitting on the edge - I wouldn't have been surprised!
